Executive Coaching & Mentoring International was founded by Kim Bransdon, a leadership development specialist with extensive experience working with leaders across corporate, professional services and creative sectors.
Kim is known for her ability to see patterns others miss, name unspoken dynamics and create spaces where leaders can think clearly, reflect deeply and strengthen their leadership capability.
