Why This Exists?
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, self-awareness, and how people show up - particularly in environments that demand a lot.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with leaders across industries, including those shaping the built and design world. What consistently stands out is that while the projects are visible, the leadership behind them often isn’t.
Leading by Design was created to open up that space.
To move beyond titles, beyond outcomes, and into the realities of leadership - the decisions, the pressure, the trade-offs, and the thinking that sits underneath.
